Do I need a prescription?
Yes, for prescription treatments. You don’t need to bring one: your online intake is reviewed by a licensed provider, who decides whether to prescribe.
What does “compounded” mean?
A compounded medication is prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient based on a prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality.
What if I’m not a candidate?
Your provider will tell you why and, where possible, suggest alternatives. You are not charged for medication that isn’t prescribed.
Is my health information private?
Your answers are encrypted and shared only with the provider and pharmacy involved in your care.
